In Friday's non-league game, the Kennedy Trojans (Mt. Angel, OR) football team overcame the host Scio Loggers (Scio, OR), by a tally of 39-26.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Warrenton Warriors (Warrenton, OR) in a 3A Special District 1 game, on Friday, September 19. Kennedy will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 35-0 non-league loss to Dayton (Dayton, OR).
The Loggers (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Amity (Amity, OR). The Warriors enter the 3A Special District 2 game with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Amity achieved victory over Elmira (Elmira, OR), 20-6, in a non-league outing.
