The Mountain View Cougars walloped the host Mazama Vikings football team by a score of 55-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Summit Storm (Bend, OR) in a 5A Intermountain challenge, on Friday, September 19. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Storm come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 28-20 non-league win over Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR).

With the defeat, Mazama drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Sisters (Sisters, OR) to meet the Outlaws in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Outlaws come into the test with a record of 1-1. Sisters won 20-6 in their recent non-league test against Taft (Lincoln City, OR)
