Texas High School Football - Texas defeated by Midlothian Heritage

In Friday's non-league game, the Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX) football team were victorious over the host Texas Tigers (Texarkana, TX), by a score of 35-21.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the Greenville Lions (Greenville, TX) in a 5A-2 Region II District 6 game, on Friday, September 19. Midlothian Heritage will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 0-3 record after their 35-8 non-league loss to Joshua (Joshua, TX).

The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fayetteville (Fayetteville, AR). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Fayetteville topped Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK), 18-17, in a non-league outing.
