New Rockford-Sheyenne/Maddock will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 58-52 league win over Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] (Lakota, ND).

With the defeat, North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Larimore (Larimore, ND) to meet the Polar Bears in a 9-Man Region 2 (9 Man) test on Friday, September 19. The Polar Bears come into the test with a record of 0-4. Larimore lost 44-0 in their recent non-league test against Wyndmere/Lidgerwood (Wyndmere, ND)
