The North Side Gators (Shelby, MS) football trounced the visiting Shaw Warriors (Shaw, MS), 38-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Gators now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leflore County for a non-league game on Friday, September 19. North Side will battle a Tigers team coming off a 42-0 non-league win over South Delta (Rolling Fork, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Yazoo County (Yazoo City, MS). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Yazoo County was trounced by Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS), 16-6, in a non-league game.
