In Friday's non-league game, the Prospect Cougars (Prospect, OR) football team edged the visiting Pine Eagle Spartans (Halfway, OR), by a score of 36-30.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 26. Prospect will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
