California High School Football - Anderson trounced by Las Plumas

The Anderson Cubs football team (Anderson, CA), was crushed 52-16 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA)

With the win, Las Plumas advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Central Valley lost 41-6 in their recent non-league bout against Corning (Corning, CA)

The Cubs now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Los Molinos for a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. Anderson will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 26-0 non-league loss to Durham (Durham, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
