With the triumph, Amherst Central moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Maryvale (Cheektowaga, NY) to clash with the Flyers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 0-4. Maryvale lost 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Griffith Institute (Springville, NY)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Lewiston-Porter Lancers (Youngstown, NY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 13. Kenmore East will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Lancers go into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 11-1 non-league win over North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY).
