Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons (North Dighton, MA) and the visiting Medfield Warriors (Medfield, MA), saw Dighton-Rehoboth Regional's soccer squad hold off Medfield by a count of 2-1.

The Falcons (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Bulldogs enter the South Coast battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Old Rochester Regional was edged by New Bedford (New Bedford, MA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Medway Mustangs (Medway, MA) in a Tri-Valley battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Medfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, MA).
