Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Whiteoak Wildcats (Mowrystown, OH), 2-0 in a league outing.

The Warriors (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fayetteville-Perry (Fayetteville, OH). The Rockets go into the Southern Hills outing with a 9-0 record.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Western Indians (Latham, OH) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 15. Whiteoak will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 11-0 league loss to Valley (Lucasville, OH).
