Arizona High School Soccer - St. Johns knocks off Grand Canyon

Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the St. Johns Redskins (St. Johns, AZ) and the host Grand Canyon Phantoms (Grand Canyon, AZ), saw St. Johns's soccer squad knock off Grand Canyon by a count of 4-1.

The Redskins (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Winslow (Winslow, AZ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Winslow by Williams (Williams, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Phantoms confront the Chino Valley Cougars (Chino Valley, AZ) in a AIA Fall - North battle, on Friday, September 19. Grand Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
