Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Upper Moreland Bears (Willow Grove, PA) and the visiting Pottstown Trojans (Pottstown, PA), saw Upper Moreland's soccer squad triumph over Pottstown by a count of 10-1.

The Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wissahickon (Ambler, PA). The Trojans enter the Suburban One - American battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Wissahickon notched a victory over Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA) in a Pioneer battle, on Monday, September 15. Pottstown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 3-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA).
