The ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) volleyball overcame the host Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ), 2-0 in Friday's non-league match.

Next up, the Warriors battle the San Tan Foothills Sabercats (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. ALA - Ironwood will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Sabercats enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Globe (Globe, AZ).

The Prospectors (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Scottsdale Christian Academy defeated Scottsdale Preparatory Academy (Scottsdale, AZ), 3-0, in a league bout.
