Atascadero Greyhounds (Atascadero, CA) boosters were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Greyhounds (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Templeton (Templeton, CA). The Eagles come into the Central Coast Athletic - Sunset challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Templeton lost by Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 12. Edison will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Coyotes go into the test with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Liberty (Madera, CA).
