The Red Raiders now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Knoxville Catholic for a D-II AA East Region bout on Tuesday, September 16. Baylor will clash with a Fighting Irish team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ryle (Union, KY). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 16-6.

With the loss, Mount Vernon drops to 13-11 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mt. Bethel Christian Academy (Marietta, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Area 5 bout on Monday, September 15. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 13-13. Mt. Bethel Christian Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA)
