Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Quartz Hill advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Royals travel to Taft (Taft, CA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-11. Taft lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Shafter (Shafter, CA)

Next, the Burros play the Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Burroughs will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 3-2 league win over Kennedy (Delano, CA).
