With the win, Clint improves its record to 4-13 on the season. The Lions host Fabens (Fabens, TX) to encounter the Wildcats in a 4A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, September 16. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 5-9.
The Coyotes now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Anthony for a 3A Region I District 4 contest on Tuesday, September 23. Tornillo will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Harmony Science Academy (El Paso, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-10.
