The Riverside Prep Silver Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Desert Scorpions to 0 in the Silver Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Silver Knights now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland for a non-league game on Friday, September 12. Riverside Prep will face a Scots squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA). The Scots record now stands at 8-5.
The Scorpions (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Rosamond (Rosamond, CA). The Roadrunners go into the non-league game with a 9-7 record. In their last outing, Rosamond was topped by Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
