The Warde Mustangs tipped the visiting Joel Barlow Falcons volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) in a Fairfield County game, on Tuesday, September 16. Warde will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Cadets enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Sheehan (Wallingford, CT).
With the loss, Joel Barlow falls to 1-2 on the year. The Falcons travel to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT) to confront the Panthers in a Southwest-Colonial match on Monday, September 15. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 1-2. Pomperaug lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT)
