The Wayne Christian Academy Eagle volleyball squad (Jesup, GA), was beaten 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Veritas Academy Gryphon (Savannah, GA)

The Gryphon (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Family Homeschool Alliance (Douglasville, GA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Family Homeschool Alliance was beaten by Heritage Christian Academy (Brunswick, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagle face the Athens Christian Eagles (Athens, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 13. Wayne Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 5-14 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Colquitt Christian Academy (Moultrie, GA).
