After North Eugene scored two goals (one of which was an own goal) in the 12th and 19th minute to take a 2-1 lead, Clotine Chase scored again on a head goal from a corner-kick, assisted by Paige Meador in the 24th minute to tie the score 2-2.
A few minutes later, North Eugene converted again in the 27th minute to take a 3-2 lead which is how the score remained most of the game until the last 2 minutes of the game when North Eugene notched a late 4th goal in a tough physical match at Marist.
