The Springfield Blue Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Central Catholic Fighting Irish to 0 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Monday.
The Blue Devils now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maumee for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 14.
The Fighting Irish (0-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH). The Arrows enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record.
