The Newsome Wolves topped the host Sumner Stingrays volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wolves now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durant for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 21. Newsome will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.

The Stingrays (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Plant City (Plant City, FL). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Plant City was knocked off by Riverview (Riverview, FL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
