The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM) and the host Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM), saw Artesia's soccer squad knock off Carlsbad by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they host St. Pius X for a non-league test on Saturday, September 17. Artesia will meet a Sartans squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Sartans record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Carlsbad drops to 5-6 on the season. The Cavemen travel to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Friday, September 16. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 8-1. Centennial won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Silver (Silver City, NM)
