Next, the Bearcats face the Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Spencerville will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Roughriders enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH).

The Trojans now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Temple Christian for a West Ohio challenge on Monday, September 19. Botkins will face a Pioneers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Allen East (Harrod, OH). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-3.
