The Leland Comets topped the host Glen Lake Lakers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Comets now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckley for a Northwest test on Tuesday, September 20. Leland will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Frankfort (Frankfort, MI). The Bears record now stands at 0-2.
The Lakers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI). The Elks enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Elk Rapids gained a win over Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI), 3-0, in a league test.
