In Tuesday's league contest, the Van Vleck Leopards (Van Vleck, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Harmony School of Discovery Tigers (Houston, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Leopards battle the Hitchcock Bulldogs (Hitchcock, TX) in a 3A Region III District 24 contest, on Friday, September 16. Van Vleck will attempt to better on its 5-20 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Brazos (Wallis, TX).

With the loss, Harmony School of Discovery moves to 0-2 on the year. The Tigers host Hempstead (Hempstead, TX) to battle the Bobcats in a 3A Region III District 24 contest on Friday, September 23. The Bobcats go into the contest with a record of 4-9.
