In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Holliday Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Northside Indians.
The Eagles (28-2) will now prepare for their battle against Vernon (Vernon, TX). The Lions come into the 3A Region I District 7 battle with a 4-15 record. In their last battle, Vernon lost by City View (Wichita Falls, TX), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Indians clash with the Quanah Indians (Quanah, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 20. Northside will attempt to advance on its 17-12 season record.
