North Carolina High School Volleyball - Berry over West Charlotte

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC), saw Berry's volleyball squad beat West Charlotte by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Berry upgrades its record to 5-7 on the year. The Cardinal travel to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to play the Knights in a So Meck 4A bout on Thursday, September 15. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Ardrey Kell won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Olympic (Charlotte, NC)

The Lions now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chambers for a Queen City 3A/4A bout on Thursday, September 15. West Charlotte will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-5.
