The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC), saw Broughton's soccer squad get by Wakefield by a margin of 2-1.
The Capitals now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to East Chapel Hill for a non-league test on Monday, September 18. Broughton will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Wakefield drops to 6-2 on the season. The Wolverines host Rolesville (Rolesville, NC) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, September 18. The Rams come into the test with a record of 1-5. Rolesville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Jordan (Durham, NC)
