Next up, the Mustangs battle the Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 19. Mathews will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

With the loss, Chalker moves to 3-5 on the year. The Wildcats host St. John (Ashtabula, OH) to battle the Fighting Herald in a contest on Friday, September 15. The Fighting Herald go into the contest with a record of 1-0. St. John won 2-0 in their recent league contest against Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH)
