The Piedmont Panthers volleyball team (Monroe, NC), went down 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC)

The Tigers (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, North Stanly went down by West Stanly (Oakboro, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Piedmont will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Monroe (Monroe, NC).
