Oregon High School Volleyball - Klamath Union nudged by Yreka

The Yreka Miners volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Klamath Union Pelicans to 2 in the Miners non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Miners now possess a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host University Prep for a Northern game on Tuesday, September 19. Yreka will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Gridley (Gridley, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-8.

The Pelicans (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Cottage Grove was nudged by Cascade (Turner, OR), 3-1, in a non-league game.
