The Absegami Braves walloped the visiting St. Joseph Wildcats football team by a score of 37-3 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Braves play the Lower Cape May Tigers (Cape May, NJ) in a West Jersey - Liberty challenge, on Friday, September 20. Absegami will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 14-0 league loss to Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ).
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ). The Colts go into the West Jersey - Liberty challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Cumberland was ripped by Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ), 44-6, in a league challenge.
