The Amory Panthers walloped the visiting Caledonia Cavaliers football team by a score of 47-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Aberdeen Bulldogs (Aberdeen, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 20. Amory will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 38-8 non-league loss to Calhoun City (Calhoun City, MS).
The Cavaliers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against New Hope (Columbus, MS). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, New Hope was ripped by Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS), 45-20, in a non-league challenge.
