Michigan High School Football - Atlanta holds off Heston Academy

September 13, 2024: Atlanta, MI 49709

The Atlanta Huskies football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Heston Academy Patriots to 30 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Alcona for a North Star - Big Dipper (8 Man) test on Friday, September 20. Atlanta will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 49-6 non-league win over Coleman (Coleman, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Heston Academy drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Rogers City (Rogers City, MI) to clash with the Hurons in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Hurons come into the test with a record of 1-2.
