In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Mohave Accelerated Patriots football squad scored a decisive 45-12 triumph over the Baboquivari Warriors.

The Patriots (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Mayer (Mayer, AZ). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Mayer was routed by El Capitan (Colorado City, AZ), 66-6, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Warriors meet the Ray Bearcats (Kearny, AZ) in a 1A South (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 20. Baboquivari will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bearcats come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 36-6 league loss to Valley Union (Elfrida, AZ).
