Wisconsin High School Football - Ladysmith nudges Chetek-Weyerhaeuser

In Friday's league match, the visiting Ladysmith Lumberjacks football squad scored a close 18-12 triumph over the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs.

The Lumberjacks (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, WI). The Warriors come into the Dunn-St. Croix match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Clear Lake was nudged by Spring Valley (Spring Valley, WI), 33-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs confront the Unity Eagles (Balsam Lake, WI) in a Lakeland match, on Friday, September 20. Chetek-Weyerhaeuser will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 24-18 league loss to Cameron (Cameron, WI).
