Arizona High School Football - Layton Christian Academy wallops Cibola

September 13, 2024: Yuma, AZ 85364

The Layton Christian Academy Eagles football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Cibola Raiders to 6 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Summit for a 2A - North test on Friday, September 20. Layton Christian Academy will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 43-14 non-league win over Grand County (Moab, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Cibola drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Central (El Centro, CA) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Friday, September 27. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 3-1.
