The Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland for a A District 5 test on Friday, September 20. Lisbon will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Columbus drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Pekin (Packwood, IA) to meet the Panthers in a A District 5 test on Friday, September 20. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-0. Pekin won 54-10 in their recent league test against Danville (Danville, IA)
