The Connetquot T-Birds walloped the visiting Patchogue-Medford Raiders football team by a score of 41-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the T-Birds play the Sachem North (Lake Ronkonkoma, NY) in a Section 11 Division I challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Connetquot will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 21-14 non-league loss to Ward Melville (East Setauket, NY).
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Islip (Central Islip, NY). The Musketeers go into the Section 11 Division I challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Islip was ripped by Riverhead (Riverhead, NY), 19-14, in a league challenge.
