South Carolina High School Football - Marlboro County tops Conway

September 13, 2024: Conway, SC 29526

The Marlboro County Bulldogs football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Conway Tigers to 16 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Myrtle Beach for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Marlboro County will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 41-14 non-league loss to Loris (Loris, SC). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Conway drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Aynor (Aynor, SC) to meet the Blue Jackets in a non-league test on Friday, September 20. The Blue Jackets come into the test with a record of 3-1. Aynor won 50-16 in their recent non-league test against Green Sea Floyds (Green Sea, SC)
