In Friday's non-league match, the host Dickson Comets football squad scored a good 28-7 triumph over the Madill Wildcats.
The Comets (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Hugo (Hugo, OK). The Buffaloes come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Hugo defeated Valliant (Valliant, OK), 22-14, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Wildcats meet the Tecumseh Savages (Tecumseh, OK) in a 4A District 2 match, on Friday, September 27. Madill will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
