The Fergus Golden Eagles walloped the visiting Sidney Eagles football team by a score of 49-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Lockwood LIONS (Billings, MT) in a A - Eastern challenge, on Friday, September 20. Fergus will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The LIONS enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 38-31 league loss to Dawson County (Glendive, MT).

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hardin (Hardin, MT). The Bulldogs enter the A - Eastern challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Hardin was ripped by Laurel (Laurel, MT), 42-14, in a league challenge.
