The Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX) football tipped the host Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX), 37-36 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Buffaloes now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Roosevelt for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. Stanton will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 50-18 non-league win over Brownfield (Brownfield, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Forsan drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Wink (Wink, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Wink won 60-7 in their recent non-league outing against Alpine (Alpine, TX)
