Washington High School Football - Foss overwhelmed by Mercer Island

In Friday's non-league game, the Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) football team triumphed over the visiting Foss Falcons (Tacoma, WA), by a score of 37-0.

In their next game, the Islanders face the Liberty Patriots (Issaquah, WA) in a 3A KingCo game, on Friday, September 20. Mercer Island will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 1-1 record after their 21-7 league win over Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA).
