Pennsylvania High School Football - Moshannon Valley nudges Glendale

September 13, 2024: Flinton, PA 16640

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) and the host Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA), witnessed Moshannon Valley's football squad edge Glendale by a count of 15-12.

The Black Knights/Damsels (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Union (Mount Union, PA). The Trojans enter the Inter-County - North contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Mount Union got by West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 51-12, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA) in a Inter-County - North contest, on Friday, September 20. Glendale will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Rockets enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 52-20 league loss to Curwensville (Curwensville, PA).
