New Jersey High School Football - Ridge beat Hillsborough

The Ridge Red Devil football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Hillsborough Raiders to 7 in the Red Devil league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devil now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Phillipsburg for a Big Central - American Silver test on Friday, September 20. Ridge will meet a Stateliners squad coming off a 35-0 league win over Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ). The Stateliners record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Hillsborough moves to 1-2 on the season. The Raiders host Sayreville (Parlin, NJ) to play the Bombers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Bombers go into the battle with a record of 1-2. Sayreville won 4-0 in their recent league battle against Edison (Edison, NJ)
