Hokes Bluff Eagles (Hokes Bluff, AL) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL), 31-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Hokes Bluff improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Anniston (Anniston, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a 4A Region 6 battle on Friday, September 20. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 2-1. Anniston won 40-16 in their recent league battle against Alexandria (Alexandria, AL)
The Wildcats now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Cherokee County for a 4A Region 6 battle on Friday, September 20. White Plains will play a Warriors team coming off a 42-0 league win over Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
