The Purchase Line Red Dragons football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Homer-Center Wildcats to 15 in the Red Dragons league triumph on Friday.

The Red Dragons now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Penns Manor for a Heritage test on Friday, September 20. Purchase Line will meet a Comets squad coming off a 28-15 league loss to Portage (Portage, PA). The Comets record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Homer-Center drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host River Valley (Blairsville, PA) to meet the Panthers in a Heritage test on Friday, September 20. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-1. River Valley won 17-0 in their recent league test against United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] (Nanty Glo, PA)
